I'm mobility challenged and ride a hoveround to go out in the world. Today I was sure my tires needed air and went to ask if someone might help me with that at their air station. Andy kindly offered to help me, with both tires making sure they were aired up evenly. It only took a few minutes, but his kindness and help went a long way. No more being pulled by bumps and detritus. Highly recommend this Lowes and Andy for customer service above and beyond.

I placed an order online for a door and never received an email confirmation of the purchase. Luckily I printed the receipt straight after purchase on the website. It has been 2 weeks and I have never received a single email update on the status of the item or delivery or pickup instructions from the store. I have been checking the website daily to get an update and finally yesterday it noted that it was in and I had TWO DAYS to pick it up. I have now tried to call the store 4 times and have either been in a constant loop with the AI assistant (who cannot help with my online order) OR I have waited on hold twice for a total of 30 minutes!! This is the most abysmal customer support experience I have had in quite awhile and solidifies why I absolutely hate having to shop at Lowe's unless abs

It was a typical Lowe's, clean, well stocked and organized. Several workers greeted me, or asked if I needed help at this location and the one in Bowie location. I normally shop in Bowie but I was being nosy.😆

This store has a very unique return policy. I cut my baseboard in half because it did not fit in my truck (too long) and they did not receive this back, they asked me not in a very polite way why I did that. Assistant store manager was the one making this returning visit a nightmare and frustrating situation. I got from Lowe’s all my tile, furniture, shower door , handles toilet, sink, fan and some building materials… Etc for my new bathroom. I spend about 6k here. What I was returning it may be was around $200 It all start with the question about why I cut the baseboard, I said well it did not fit in my truck, they said, you can’t do it and try to returned. I said, I did not know, honestly I got most of my building material at the Home Depot and you can cut and return anything. I returne
