The entire staff is amazing. I specifically worked with Gustavo who is in doors and window he was very patient, professional, and knowledgeable. I spent over an hour with Gustavo and during the experience, he was very engaging. Dan is a supervisor there and was very helpful on multiple occasions during my interaction. Highly recommend this location and working with Gustavo.

We went to Lowe’s today like we normally typically do and every time I go in very clean store very happy people very helpful. We ran into the same guy over and over so far help us with our painting stuff and very helpful if I could get his name I would have Madison was somewhat informative to what we needed. We still appreciated her help very much

I often buy things related to house management here. There are so many different products here. However, there have been few new products in the past five years. Many people who work in architecture visit here. Overall, I'm not very satisfied. However, it is good to use because of its large scale.

These guys were so wonderful. My home burned down a few weeks back and I’m living in my garage and was panicking to keep a litter is puppies warm during the upcoming cold. I purchased a generator and a power pack and was very frustrated that I couldn’t find cables to power pack and returned to the store angry. They were very patient and kind, even when it turned out I was dumb and the cables were in a hidden compartment on the unit. Andrea and Luke and two of the store managers helped me and were so calm and wonderful, even as I was a frustrated-and incorrect -customer. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness during a rough time when I was not as thoughtful as I should have been. They are wonderful folks.

Leander, NE Austin, Round Rock, and Georgetown locations - I shop this store regularly with the same experience when I need help. If I can find an employee they quickly run off when I walk their way, after makingeye contactand tryingto wave them over. If I actually get to ask them for help it is like I am an inconvenience to them. If I have them page someone to the department, I am lucky if someone shows up in a timely manner, 30+ min. They have the worst customer service. 45 min trying to get an employee at the locked up tools and they would grab every female walking by to walk them away from the tools.
