I’m sharing today’s experience in a positive sense, as this store is doing a great job overall and I’ve consistently received very good customer service in all areas. That said, I want to mention an issue for customer awareness and improvement. During a return today (about +$400, mostly larger items), the store was not busy, and before leaving the counter when I checked the receipt, I realized 4 items (worth just over $30) had not been scanned. I’m not naming the associate, as I’m not sure if this was an oversight. They do not disappoint. The time prior I needed to go in for my refrigerator had a power surge and the associate looked up and told me that I was still within my extended warranty and then I had a tech come out and order part and fix for free. I just recently got my new washer and dryer and the associate was so patient with me while I was shopping and helped me narrow down what I needed or wanted. Very happy with the service.

This particular Lowes in Leesburg is the best Lowes location I have been to. Store id clean and well organized and, like the days of old, employees were around offering assistance. The only issue was no paper towel in the men's restroom.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE This store has the worst customer service and management. I bought a dishwasher and installation services. installer damaged my cabinet. I have been trying to get the issue resolved and so far no resolution. Left 3 messages for store manager Bryon to call me and he never called back. Peaches who is an assistant store manager is very rude. I told her about the issue and she told me that it’s not Lowe’s fault that installer damaged the cabinet. She kept taking installer side and told me that cabinet was already damaged. She has no customer service skills and hung up the phone on me. I twice emailed the salesperson who sold me the dishwasher, installation and warranty for district and regional manager contact information. He never replied back.

Beware of being double charged by rude associates. I went to Lowes in Leesburg to buy a certain size planter and found a set of urn style planters. They are sold as a set, are wrapped up together and the packaging makes it clear they are 2 urns in the set. The bases are a separate piece which is stored in the planter. When I went to pay, the rude associate assumed the bases, which clearly were a part of the urn planter were something I had shoved in there to steal. He kept trying to rip the bases out. They are attached to the planter. No matter what I said he kept trying to rip the base out through the packaging. I told him to stop that he was going to damage the planter. He kept saying there are two and I repeated, yes they are a set. Again, they are plastic wrapped and the packaging cle
