Wonderful customer service at Lowes at the Lewes, DE store. Melissa at check out was so personable and helpful. A real go-getter, offered help without my asking. Very perceptive. Chris in the caulking aisle helped me for a very long time, as I couldn't find the appropriate caulking for my kitchen. So kind and knowledgeable. Was able to fin everything I needed. Lowes in Lewes is my go-to store, so many helpful and knowledgeable people.

Always love shopping at our Lowe’s in Lewes always meeting to our needs in everything. Today though at the customer service desk which her name was Holly I felt went beyond the call. With her help, sincerity and professionalism was a delight. It’s hard to find people like that nowadays to make our visit and purchasing a pleasure! Perfect help from Holly obviously believes in her job which I hope Lowe’s pays their employees Well!!

Just want to give a shout out to Matt and Dee at Loews for great service today. I had a question about a plumbing project I wanted info about. I had no experience in this area but Matt assured me I could complete it myself( dual shower head with hose attachment) and I just did it as he so graciously instructed me. He interrupted a conversation with coworkers to help me after I excused myself. Matt could not have been more kind or professional. Dee was great at check out! Thanks for a terrific shopping experience today and other occasions as well. We have shifted our business from a nearby competitor for this type of customer service. Great work!

I scheduled an appliance delivery with this store and was given a 3-hour delivery window. No one showed up, and no one called to let me know the delivery wouldn’t be completed. When I called to follow up, I was told the store was doing its annual inventory and that was why my appliances weren’t delivered. Even worse, I was told they had to help the next caller on the line. I don't understand why I wasn't notified that my appliances wouldn't be delivered. I now have to reschedule. Who knows if I will actually receive my order. Abysmal customer service. Do yourself a favor and shop down the street at Home Depot instead.

A couple fantastic experiences purchasing, but when we really needed Lowe's to honor the appliance promises they made at purchase time, they were stern and disrespectful. I'm not asking for favors - just what they promised.
