Chase M. was truly a blessing to me during my visit to Lowe’s. From the moment he helped me, it was clear that he genuinely cared and wanted to make sure everything was done right. He took his time, showed so much patience, and treated me with kindness and respect every step of the way. In all my years, it’s rare to meet someone with such a caring heart and strong work ethic. Chase M. is not only wonderful at what he does, but he also makes people feel valued. He is an incredible asset to Lowe’s, and I am so very grateful for the time, attention, and compassion he showed me.

My husband and I ordered a Samsung washer on 12/3 with a promised delivery date of 12/7 with installation. The customer service at the store was great, so no complains on the store associates. We were very excited to finally have a working washer as we had already been without one for several days. Today, on the day of delivery; we moved all our plans around to cater to the estimated delivery window - with anticipation that we would indeed receive a washer. When the delivery guys showed up they apologetically notified us that this washer was severely damaged at the warehouse. They told us they tried to get a different unit in the warehouse but their supervisor instructed them to “delivery it to the customer anyway, because they might take it with the damage.” The delivery guys showed us ho

I was visiting the area for my Aunts birthday party. Arrived over an hour early and decided to stop by Lowe's.. Bought some insulation and sealant. Got some help / advice from other customers and store staff. All were very friendly and helpful. Glad I stopped in.

we had a membership "perk" to use at Lowe's 'cause (doing self check out, is not always easy or quick, so figuring out the cell phone app and passwords, codes to get to that discount, took a bit of a time but we made it happen) we spent enough $$ to get a discount, the check ladies were helpful and told us of another Lowe's location in Madison Heights to check out. glad for the kind help and always the friendly smile. thanks!
