Jaden at self checkout was absolutely fantastic!! Every time I come in she’s always the sweetest and so friendly. She never fails to help me with what I need and I thank her so much for her kind help. She’s also very communicative!!! Lowes should be very proud to have such a dedicated employee like her!!

Asked for help in the plumbing department, they sent us an employee named Tim. Every question we asked Tim, he responded with a question in a condescending tone. He was trying to make my husband feel stupid for asking the question to begin with. TERRIBLE customer service. I have been in customer service for 6 years and never would I have ever treated a customer this way. It discouraged us from wanting to purchase anything. We thanked him for his help, put everything back and went about our business. Went to Home Depot and the employee was more than happy to help us and answered our questions respectfully. Tim needs to remember to be humble and kind.

Nice getting the Lowe’s Pro card account. Just kinda easy way to get deals on stuff you were already going to buy. Staff has always been helpful. I’ve been to this Lowe’s at least a hundred times and I haven’t had a bad experience yet. You can’t say that very often at any store.

Lowes on macon tech drive in macon ga is full of employees that are not knowledgeable or helpful about anything in that store except for a very few. Either the bad apples make the good apples look that much better or the good apples reflect how bad the rest of the crop really is. I haven't decided which it is yet. But either way, know what you want before you go
