Lowe's Home Improvement

Won't know about service and stock levels until they've been open for a while, but first impression is it's a very nice store. Well staffed and I found the employees to be very helpful and pleasant. Really looking forward to having a Lowe's at this location close to home

I went to Lowe’s - 21606 Hwy 288 to purchase a 16-foot vinyl sheet, but the roll that was available on the floor only had 15 feet left. I was disappointed at first, thinking I might have to leave without what I needed. That’s when Mick, Jack, and Trey truly went above and beyond. Instead of simply telling me there were no more rolls in stock, they took the time to double-check. They went to the back, searched thoroughly, and let me know they had found another roll that could meet my request. I could tell it wasn’t an easy task, but they were patient, determined, and committed to helping me. Their willingness to put in the extra effort just to make sure I left with exactly what I needed meant so much. This was my first DIY project, so I went to the nearest Lowe’s and had a great experience. Everyone was super helpful and approachable. Special shout-out to Jon in the Pro section—he went the extra mile to check in, see if I needed help, and offer a hand. I went back a second time for a different project, and the guy in the paint section approached me and asked if I was looking for something. He totally read my mind—I was checking the Lowe’s app for the aisle, and he pointed me in the right direction. Definitely coming back for more!

Visited the new Lowes. Excellent customer service, every associate was ready to help. Was able to get pipe covers for the cold front. Very happy that we have a Lowes close by now!

The Lowes in Manvel and even in other stores, these stores are consistently exceeding my expectations. They find help for you if they don’t work on that department . You do not feel alone when you needed a lift for your product or questions about a product. Everyone across the board are all happy looking and very helpful in contrast to Home depot.. sad to say. At Lowe’s you dont walk a mile in the hallway to find somebody. Keep up the great work! Will always go to Lowe’s store bow that they are opened and close to my house!!!!
