Lowe’s definitely has everything you’d expect when it comes to hardware and home improvement. They’ve got all the lumber, hardware, and tools you’d need to build a house from the ground up. The tool selection is massive, prices are decent, and there’s enough paint in stock to cover a small town. I was surprised to see a pretty large selection of Carhartt clothing too, not something I was expecting, but a nice bonus. Unfortunately, the customer service didn’t measure up. Out of all the employees working during our visit, only one actually stopped to help us. The rest seemed to go out of their way to avoid interaction, which was frustrating when we had questions. Two different employees came at me with attitude and insulted the materials I was shopping. I didn’t ask for your input on my taste. You might think it’s too cheap for YOUR home, but I don’t overspend on decor when I CAN AFFORD to refresh my home interior every couple years. Plus, I put my money into high end appliances and flooring. Not bougie tile and molding that is 3x more expensive than I deem necessary. One said it was wasting money on trash material. It’s MY money. Which was then given over to a different home improvement store 15 miles away the very same day. If you have two employees who think it’s ok to corner a woman and tell her she has bad taste, then maybe you should reconsider selling that stock. We have been Lowe's customers for decades, and they should not have changed their customer service oriented approach. No one asks if you need help, and when you ask they tell you the isle. I had the worst experience just yesterday, and had to make three trips to the store, and finally returned my entire purchase because they lacked the competency to make it right. The two managers I talked with were nice and apologetic, but perhaps focusing on proper customer service training would yield better results. The experience was so bad, that we will go to other home improvement stores going forward and Lowe's has lost ALL of our future sales and this is not a small amount. I just left the paint department and the fella there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He came to me and ask if i needed help. I was so impressed. You have a great worker there . The company Lowe's not only don't care about their customers, but also, really hard to deal with if there is anything goes wrong with their products or installations issues. I don't understand how is a "huge" company doesn't have any records of their sales or especially, installations that cost to the customers thousands and thousands of dollars. Why nobody cares to reply in timely manner? They purposely wait until their "warranty " expired, and then they will tell you, "we are very sorry, but your warranty is already expired." What? I called and emailed multiple times. I spoke to representatives and left multiple messages to the "manager", and now "Lowe's management" will tell me that my warranty expired? No, I filed my complaint way before my warranty expired, so it counts from the tim
