Lowe's Home Improvement

I visited this store for the grand opening event. What an experience and what a way to bring in some new business to the area. Ive already started investing my time into a few projects with all the great items available here. I see I have a new local destination for fun and a little bit of cardio as well.

I went to Lowe's in Midlothian, looking for tools to change a window regulator on my car. I watched a video and had a list of parts I needed because I had no clue what any of it was or what they do. I explained to the employee what I needed, he jumped in showed me each part and explained to me how to use each one. Lowes you have a WONDERFUL employee named Clinton. He was absolutely patient, kind and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate his kindness and help.

1000 times better experience than Lowe’s in Waxahachie. Super friendly staff and helpful. Great customer service ! They would not let me return a Christmas tree at Lowe’s in Waxahachie after a week, but I went to this Lowe’s and asked and they said their return policy is 90 days with receipt. Lowe’s in Waxahachie makes it super difficult to return or exchange items. They give a really hard time and they make up their own rules it feels like. This Lowe’s in Midlothian was my first time and I spoke with a couple different cashiers and they were super helpful. Will definitely come back here instead of the one in Waxahachie whenever possible.

Please hire some responsible adults. I was charged for lumber I didn't purchase and have been waiting for almost half an hour to get credited. Ridiculous. After being here 30 minutes trying to get credit for one piece of PVC trim, I walked down to lumber and asked for my receipt. They called customer service and said they were issuing me a credit. I walked up there to get mt receipt and Xaria pointed back towards lumber... I just walked out, still not having my receipt. *Edit* You waited three days to reply and then replied on a Sunday... The store is obviously not your priority otherwise you'd have replied immediately. No need to call now because it's too late. Someone could have told me they were reviewing camera footage for a $20 item instead of walking away leaving me standing ther

Probably the best Lowes I've been in. The store is clean and well-lit. The best part though is the service we got from Emeka. We didn't have to search for anyoto help us; he approached us! That never happens at Lowes. He helped us decide on the flooring we needed and even offered to take our flooring to the car.
