I bought all my bathroom renovation fixtures from Lowes on their website. Their website was easy to navigate and find the products I needed. Their communication through emails and texts provided me with accurate on time delivery on the products. I have opened some of the boxes and the quality of the products were amazing looking. Once I get them installed, I will take pictures and rate the quality of the function. So far, extremely pleased with Lowes whole purchase experience

Lowe's, why do you have only one person that can cut wood at this location. You need to train more associates to be ready for customers that need wood cut. Simple. I have nine 2x4s that need to be cut in half. This is the second location where employees are not able to cut wood. This location and Lynnwood both just completely wasted my time. Here you told me no one was available and at lynnwood. They couldn't cut wood period. This needs to change immediately. I love this location and have been coming here for over 20 years but unfortunately the customer service here is dwindling. I will delete this review if you reply and make this right.

Giving 5 star and the last 3 times I have been there the employees are right there to help you find what you need or answer questions. In the past customer service was very lacking. Not now and has improved greatly. Keep up the good work! Thanks!

All most everything needed for most modern houses with plenty of selection at enving price So many brands under one roof

My trip to Lowe's today was quite pleasant. The clerk today took the time to find all of the small hardware items I needed. Service still lives!
