We have purchased 4 larger items in the past year at Lowe. A Craftsman T2200K Turn Tight riding lawnmower, Craftsman Riding Lawnmower Lift, 17 inch Midea Convertible freezer/fridge and yesterday, 11/13/25, a 17.6 cu ft Refrigerator. Our 6 year old Kenmore just stopped working and we needed one quick. Chad helped us figure out if we could get the new one we picked out in the house and in the spot we need to put it at. It was spot on! We even decided to work on our 6 year old Kenmore and we asked if they could put in our walk in basement. No Problem! They had to take door off fridge and house and also another part to fit it in. We had two delivery guys one was Felix and his partner. They were spectacular guys and helped us up and beyond what they had to. We have had a few issues

Never shopping here anymore. Tried to price match a impact I saw on Google shopping. Said it was 99 dollars, 100 dollars off. Ok sweet when I asked if they would price match me they said they don't price match off of google shopping but after some research it says they do. All good you guys lost a customer.

I came in to buy 2 items that I was struggling to find. Along came Faith! She definitely knows everything in this store. When I come back.. I will look for her for any of my struggles! Update: After contacting the BBB, I was contacted by the corporate office. They apologized for how I was treated. Refunded me the difference in a giftcard. Buyer beware. I purchased an item for delivery on 1/19/26 that was large. It came damaged by the shipper on 1/22/26 and I refused the delivery.While Lowes will refund my money, they will not honor the price I paid. My item went up over $200.00 in price and I cannot get it for the price I originally paid. After 2 hours on the phone with customer service I gave up. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well.

I recently purchased a house. I have had nothing but a bad experience with everything and I mean everything with Lowe’s within the last month. As of right now the wood flooring that was installed today 04/23/2025 was the incorrect flooring. The vinyl flooring was entered in as a special order but was a stocked item. The washer and dryer I picked out, come delivery day they had two washers scheduled to be delivered. The stove I had delivered they couldn’t install I had to call MidAmerica. I can’t make this up. Within the last month I have literally purchased all of my flooring, all of my appliances my lawn mower, paint, hardware. I have spent a good 13,000 dollars. I have complained in person on the phone and the only thing they could do for me is give $150. I guess you have to be
