I ordered an EGO snowblower from Lowe’s and it was delivered from this location. It comes with two batteries and one is seemingly used and has the serial number peeled off. Now I can’t register it for the warranty, I’m extremely frustrated. This store also does not communicate well with the Lowe’s website / corporate, as it turns out the store only delivers to new Jersey on mondays and fridays, yet corporate couldn’t figure out why my order kept not being delivered, and they insisted I had to select a Saturday or Wednesday. Even one of the associates at this location told me to select a Wednesday after it was first not delivered on a Saturday… many phone calls and hours on hold later, I finally received my $2000 snow blower, only to receive a used battery. Horrible experience.

A friendly knowledgeable individual took the time to answer my questions & was able to get me the right items Customer service is a bit slow as they only seem to have 1 individual at the register. It's very disappointing that they've gotten rid of the registers to save money with self checkout. A change not for the better. No issues with accessibility. ♿

If it wasnt close to my house it wouldn't get get 1 star. Bought a snowblower, Got it home and it the drive was broken. Went to take it back. They didnt want to take it because it had gas in it even though they sold it to me with gas in it. And unbelievably they sell units to the public before they test them for functionality. They were rude especially the girl at customer service

Stopped in on a Sunday evening a couple weeks ago to purchase a refrigerator. Gregory was busy in appliances but he made time for us, sold us a refrigerator and we were in and out in 15 min. He set up delivery and we had our new refrigerator Tuesday. Also if needing delivery and if you ever need a door swap ask for Caeser and Stanley from delivery company. Thank you Gregory for making everything simple and providing great customer service.

Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service and Handling at Lowe's Today I went to Lowe's to buy 10 bags of soil for my garden. The sign clearly stated 2 for $12, which was a good deal since the regular price is $9.80 each. At checkout, my wife noticed the discount wasn’t applied. When we asked the cashier, she initially said there was no discount for that product. I pointed out the sign, and she asked me to take a photo and show her. I did exactly that. After zooming in, she realized the promotion had expired the day before. She apologized, saying they forgot to take the sign down, and told us we could go to Customer Service and they might honor the price. At Customer Service, the person who initially handled the situation was a manager named Debbie. It was at around 6:20 pm 04/24/202
