Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. I honestly cannot believe this associate is allowed to work there. This is not the first time I’ve witnessed poor customer service from this individual, but this incident was so bad that I’m taking time out of my busy schedule to report it. I went into the store looking for galvanized hanger straps that I’ve purchased from Lowe’s before. I asked one associate if he could help me find them. He actually tried—he looked online and seemed new—so I appreciated his effort even though he couldn’t locate the item. He then asked another associate if he knew what aisle it was on. I normally have no issues with this location, but tonight was a different story and it left me speechless. I want to start off by making sure others know, you do NOT have to physically scan your drivers license to get your military discount. No matter the attitude or push back that you get from the employees, even if the associate lies straight to your face saying the policy changed months ago, you absolutely do not have to provide your drivers license to be scanned. We had no other choice but to come here because the Home Depot down the street was closed due to snow. Everything was going well until we went to self checkout. I recently placed 1 order for ~$3k from Lowes, after 2 months and 5 trucks…I do not have my complete order. I have spent countless hours on the phone being transferred around. I was given repeated offers of compensation on my order and it’s a gift card. No thank you, terrible.

Everyone at the pro desk is always at the top of their game. Michele, the supervisor always make sure that any issues or concerns get handled right away. All of the pros are very good at making sure customers receive exactly what they need in a timely manner in the pro cashiers are top-notch customer service! Having shopped at multiple locations, the Chesapeake location on Battlefield by far exceeds the others in all areas

I’ve tried this Lowe’s multiple times and tried to even do a pick up order in hopes that it would make me feel differently about them. Don’t waste your time. Drive a little further and go to any other Lowe’s. This is absolutely the worst Lowe’s I’ve ever been to and the employees there are absolutely incredibly lazy. I’m sorry you get paid for me to ask a question of where something is that or I’m sorry you get paid for me to come up and pick up an order that you will just stand there and stare at me about as I’m typing everything up and you seem so inconvenience that you have to go pull it from the shelf.
