Had an amazing experience in the paint section today. Lesley (who doesn’t even work in that section currently but has experience) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She offered to help me when the person who works the section was otherwise indisposed. She was able to answer all my questions and helped me decide which paints were appropriate for my project. She is prime example of what great customer service is!

Traveling can be stressful. I needed to fill a propane tank. Trying to find propane can be a challenge. Lowes sells full propane bottles. You buy their full bottle and hand them your empty bottle. Might cost a little more, but sometimes its better for easing travel stress.

Strike 1- their paint department advised me to buy marking paint to stripe my pickle ball court. After about a month the paint started fading. At that point, I read the can and it said that this is temporary paint and not to be used for permanent use. The store refused to provide any sort of refund for the 6 cans of paint that I purchased, despite it being their recommendation and despite the time and effort I wasted using this paint. Strike 2- their employees recommended that I try RoundUp 365 after the regular Roundup failed to kill grass in my flower beds. The RoundUp 365 failed as well. They refused to give me a refund or store credit and told me that I would have to take the issue up with RoundUp. Strike 3- several months back I purchased some air filters for future need. Bought a new LG refrigerator from Lowe's in Norman, OK. I've always had good luck with Home Depot, but since the pricing was identical, I chose Lowe's this time because they could deliver next day vs. a 4-day wait for HD. I had to take a whole day off work because the delivery window was 11 am to 3 pm. When the delivery arrived it was badly damaged (concealed). The driver said they could make another delivery the next day (another missed work day). When I complained about the situation to the Lowe's customer service rep on a follow-up call, he told me they could refund the delivery and haul away fees ($89 and change), but that was all policy would allow. Dalton M. - Flooring specialist went above and beyond for me! I had ordered flooring from this location back in 2023 but needed to find the same flooring after a remodel. Unfortunately their systems really had issue finding my order from that long ago. However he did not give up and tried every method possible to help me get exactly what flooring I had so we wouldn't have to cut a piece out and play the "well I guess this is a close enough match" guessing game. Unfortunately after finding and getting hold of the manufacturer it did come back that my flooring was discontinued but at least we tried! He was very kind and patient and I felt he truly wanted to get to the bottom of this and help me out rather than implying it was a lost cause from the start. Both him and his associate Morgann
