Went in to purchase some cabinets and other miscellaneous items for a project. While I was there I figured I would go ahead and warranty a battery for a power tool that wouldn't take a charge using their own named "hassle free warranty". (See picture of instructions manual). I then proceed to customer service with the digital receipt. They then informed me that they are unable to warranty it because they do not have the combination I purchased in stock. (2 battery and a charger) I said that's fine I just need 1 new battery and showed them the battery. After that the customer service employee said they can't warranty it without the whole package. I then argued for a few moments referencing the literature that states "hassle free". She then reassured me that they won't be warrantying my bat

“Absolutely outstanding service at Lowe’s Oakland, MD (store 2800)! Kenny, Brandon, and Ellen made a huge difference for my husband who is physically challenged. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Kenny especially went above and beyond—taking extra time to explain options, offering helpful suggestions we hadn’t even thought of, and making the entire shopping experience stress-free and actually enjoyable. Because of their amazing help on our first visit, I came back just to make a small additional purchase so I could leave this well-deserved review (I didn’t have the original receipts). Prices at Lowe’s are definitely on the high side, which makes shopping here frustrating. On the positive side, many of the employees seem knowledgeable, and that’s helpful when you need guidance. That said, some of the staff really need to work on their customer service. On one occasion, when I asked a basic plumbing question, an employee made me feel mocked and dismissed instead of helped and another customer even chimed in to join the ridicule. That kind of environment is completely unprofessional, and it made me feel unwelcome. Because of that experience, I won’t be returning.

We were able to find what was needed. Two employees asked if we needed help with anything and the young lady at customer service went outside to check in carts for something we left. All employees we came in contact with were very nice.

Was a nice store until they started the online orders now it's a mess. The entire right wall is so cluttered with boards awaiting pickup you can't even safely get in there for your own items without stepping over everything. I recently had to order a stove and needed to also order a hookup kit for it. The stove was a week out awaiting delivery and the kit they went ahead and fulfilled. I have been getting emails and notifications and msgs to pick up this hookup kit before they cancel the order. Now I have to make a trip to Lowe's to get that kit, and then the next day I have to make another trip to get the stove. Makes no sense. Why didn't they wait until the stove got there before they pulled the kit? Why do I need to make 2 trips in? They also screwed me out of my 5% off for be
