4” side grinder was reduced from $59 to $47 but at checkout I was charged $49. Went to service desk to get my$2 refund. I was refunded the original amount and then charged $47 +tax. I turned to leave and noticed that now, I was charged more than the original amount? Went back to service desk and explained that I did not receive my 5% discount for using my lowes card. I was as told by employee Fay that she could not give me two discounts and made some snide remarks to me. Will not be purchasing any from this store again. Called the number they gave me to discuss this issue and received no answer as to what recourse would be taken to rectify this situation.
I only needed a sample of paint today, would be making a large paint purchase once we narrow down the color, arrived at the store at 2:10 found the paint and color samples. I noticed that no one was at the counter but there was 2 customers waiting. After walking to the counter they said they had been waiting and already asked for help. I also asked for help from the main desk. After waiting another 15 min one lady left, then me and the other lady left that was also waiting. Not a word was said as we walked out the front door. I am a regular shopper with Lowe’s and use them for 95% of my home projects. This was just not a good day and since on lunch break I don’t have all day to wait. Today’s purchases was small but if the color was correct it would have been a 600$ purchase of paint this
We have to go here, but this location continues to run on fumes...especially customer service-wize. Average time to get help and solve a simple return/exchange? 40 minutes. This is 10 years worth of usage. Out of stock on various simple things like certain LED bulbs with non-standard bases. Bright spot: Flowers are consistent...but those prices are creeping up to.
Had a $5,000 order. Which included 180 2x4x8s and 30 2x4x10s. Got an email saying it was ready and load upon arrival. They sat me down for 2 hours and did nothing. Might as well not waste your time coming in this Lowe's. There's got to be somewhere better these people don't hit a lick over at this Lowe's. Well I just left there It took them 3 hours. They sent me an email yesterday at 6:00 p.m. saying that my order was ready and that it is to be loaded upon arrival. I arrived at 7:50 this morning and left at 10:46. They stole half a day from me and I cannot get the money back or the time back. I want sue Lowe's for this. Judging by this review section here I think we may have a class action lawsuit against this location.
There is nothing to say good about this store. I placed a carpet order was supposed to be delivered on January 1st. They asked to make sure that day would be fine with me. I replied yes I’ll make sure to be there. Now they’ve had about a month to prepare and have it delivered. Lowe’s is saying now they couldn’t load it on their box truck. Now I’ve waited a day traveling over waiting on the delivery that’s not. Coming until the 8th sitting at their store due to poor planning on their part. I’LL BET IF THE SHOE WAS ON THE OTHER FOOT THEY WOULD UPSET TOO. So now I’m having to wait longer and waist more of my time. They should be held to a standard on waiting their customers time as we a held accountable for our poor planning. I’ve been a member since 1996 but I must say that it might cost a
