My husband and I went in here yesterday, 11/8/25, to purchase a 7 ft.³ chest freezer. Every single employee we came across was extremely helpful. The taller man Kelly was a no-nonsense yet very helpful associate, Cheryl was super sweet, very nice and so helpful as well, Chuck was super cool and awesome, and very helpful as well, and, we saved the best for last, Jeff. He was very very very patient with us as we worked through an issue, he was super chill and down to earth, so very nice, extremely friendly, great sense of humor and just all around so helpful! He was actually awesome! So we want to thank all of them for assisting us with our purchase and opening up a Lowe’s credit card, Even though it took us an hour and a half till we walked out of there, none of which was any of their fault

My oven/stove broke day before Christmas and Clay (Lowes employee) was so helpful, he totally went above and beyond! Not only did I feel like the only customer in the world he found me a stove and our Christmas was saved. THANK YOU CLAY!!!!

do not ever shop here again. Customer service is horrible the so called store manager Anthony Riveria walks around like he is untouchable and treats the associates like piles of garbage in front of customers. the supposed head cashier supervisor Ina is also a very disrespectful person who watches associates go the bathroom and then has the cashier pressure a customer to get a credit card

This Lowes has a great employee team. Sadly the lumber is and has been getting worse and worse to the point it is completely not usable. Just stopped in to pick up 8 2x4s and could only find one stud that wasn’t garbage. The plywood selection is just as bad. The premium plywood has more voids in it than solid lamination. Purchasing/ supply chain needs to step it up and get some decent products. I will be and I recommend anyone else source your lumber elsewhere.

Hard to find assistance and self checkout is horrid. They usually have 3+ people grouped at checkout site laughing and enjoying conversation. Customers should be given discounts for doing their work.
