I have called these people over 20 times and waisted hours of my life trying to simply get answers for a gift card issue. All they do is give me the run around. They ask for my number, name and even email and “they will give me a call back”. They never do and It’s quite disrespectful. 3 weeks later and still nothing…

We've been here a couple of times and they are always so helpful. They are also very well stocked.

Went on Sunday to get plywood called for help 2 times nobody showed up 30 minutes still nobody showed up. Left telling the cashier never mind I had to get to work. Monday after went to get plywood again called for help still nobody showed up. Left and found plywood somewhere else.

Guys in the lumber yard in the back were a pleasure to work with… very enjoyable and hard workers.

Terrible company this Ponca city lowes . They refused to apply the discount as stated for the levolor customer blinds which ends on 10/02/24 and the date is 9/30/24 . Then they said it’s for special order only but all other lowes near this one such as derby ks honored the special . Don’t trust them and don’t shop here they will try to scam you .
