Lowe's Home Improvement

Had to grab some parts for a last minute project and this was the closest open place. Being a newer store, it was well stocked and clean. The team members were welcoming and we saw may being as helpful as possible with other customers. The store has almost everything we needed in stock and easy to locate, a benefit of the big box stores. The items that they didn't have was not surprising as they were kinda off the wall parts. Heck, the pro desk was open at 7pm, which is a shock as most shut down at 5-6pm. They were pleasant about helping us make our purchase and made it easy, quick process. We are not big fans of big box stores, yet this one has opened our minds a little to at least use them when we need materials. Good job to the evening team for doing a great job!

I went in looking for a bench and tried using the store map but wasn't finding it. Mr James was walking by and greeted me with a smile asked if I was ok. He immediately got his scanner and began trying to help me locate. He did not leave me until I was checking out. Ron in the gardening section came took us to it loaded it on the cart and then waited to load in my car. These gentleman really made this experience great for me . Thank you so much because so many others wall pass you in these stores but wasn't my experience at all today in Lowe's Pooler Ga.

This is a fine home improvement store, but the reason I’m giving a one star review is simply because of two situations that involved employees. The first situation occurred when my mother and I were looking at the paint brushes and there were two female workers next to us who were laughing very obnoxiously, which irritated us to the point that we had to leave the aisle entirely. I understand that coworkers tend to joke with each other while on the job, but it comes to a point where you completely disregard other people, especially customers, who are in the same vicinity as you. I would expect Lowe’s employees to maintain a certain level of professionalism, especially when there are other people browsing nearby. The second situation occurred at self checkout. This Lowes has a massive selection. Our self checkout helper, Hunter, was so kind & helpful! Give that girl a raise because she has awesome customer service skills 👏 We had a great time at this location & spent entirely too much money. We came home with some awesome finds! We will definitely be back to visit soon!

Came in for a countertop that we couldn't get in store in our hometown Lowe's. Found the countertop we needed. Went to pay and was going to use a gift card from a refund for a prior purchase from a different Lowe's but it didn't work. Store manager made it right even though he didn't have to. We were very appreciative of him going above and beyond.
