I picked out the color Brevity Brown prior to going into the store using the Sherwin Williams color tool online. I ordered this color at Lowe’s along with nearly $400 of paint materials and new hardware for my project. After nearly six hours of work and nearly a full coat of paint applied, I was frustrated with the color being so off upon drying. I then realized the associate at the Lowe’s paint counter gave me the color French Roast, which was not what I asked for and several shades too dark. Not only this but my new paint materials were all used in this incorrect and very dark color, after I specifically purchased all new materials to ensure the project be done correctly. People of color do not shop here. Today, February 18, 2026 my wife was racially profiled by some new lady in self checkout. She actually came over to my wife and stood there with her hand on the cart watching everything she did. She did not pay the other customers any mind at all of whom happened to be white. She even reached into the cart and moved some things around. This is absolutely unacceptable. You guys have a woman that is so consumed with racially profiling black people that she was not even aware that another customer needed assistance. This should be quite concerning for management. I know that Home Depot just acquired new customers as myself and anyone I know will no longer be spending our money at this Lowes. I am sure this review will not be taken seriously or even addresse

Searched endlessly for yard bags until I came around the corner and Micah approach me after finishing up with what appeared to be a pleasant interaction with other customers asking if I needed any help. He didn't take a guess at where he thought they might be but instantly brought me to the item. His Pleasant demeanor and willingness to help made for an easy conversation for a few minutes and his warm wishes for a good day left me smiling as I left the store with my items. At the time when everyone is stressed or not willing to look up from their phones it is delightful to have an interaction with someone willing to smile and look you in the eye. Micah is truly a an asset to the Lowe's team.

I really like Lowes. They have a very large assortment of items that I've needed. The store is always so clean and the employees are always so helpful. All of the materials that I've used from Lowe's have been good quality items and even if I do have to return something their return policy is very good. The stores are very well lit and the items seem to be located in intuitive sections so that you're able to find things on your own. I shop at Lowe's quite often not only for my business but also for family and would recommend that others come and Shop here as well.

We live in an urban neighborhood not far from the store. Today we had a load of bagged dirt delivered to us, which we have done before. This time the driver decided to drive off our paved driveway onto our small lawn directly with his large SUV. Our property is in process of being prepared for sale. Lowe’s is lucky we don’t sue them for the landscaping…. Coach your drivers to respect customers property. This is not farmland - it is a city dwelling. It is not acceptable to 4x4 a customer’s lawn for four bags of dirt.
