Lowe's Home Improvement

WOW! This store has really come a long way. Compared to Home Depot they are way ahead of the curve. I needed a belt for my riding mower and Home Depot. Had a limited selection and not one for my machine.. I went down to Lowe's and I couldn't believe the selection of belts and parts. I was able to get my mower back up and running same day. The store is very clean, neat and a lot's of items to choose from.

This review is a little overdue by a few months but I will post it anyways. Back on July 25 2025 , I had to buy some supplies to build a desk for my home office. The first issue was there is no workers on the sales floor to help out the customers find certain tools or items. It’s like a ghost town or the state of Delaware where there is nobody there. The lady named Jennifer is a real grouchy drama queen and accused me of stealing and she was racist to me saying that we have cameras.She said this to me as I was about to pay at the self checkout line I’m a white man and I was offended by these rude comments. Please advise management.

I’m still processing the interaction I just had about 45 mins ago at this location. My experience would be comparable to a sketch that was written for SNL. I walked in this afternoon with the intention of getting three copies of a key. I walked up to the hardware desk, and after *I* started the conversation with a simple “Hello how are you! I was wondering if you’d be able to help me make some copies of a key?” The employee, X, condescendingly confirmed with “yeah, I *suppose* I could help you with that”. Wow! Thank you SO much for your due diligence X! You are awesome! I’m SO glad you feel empowered enough to contribute to your hourly wage at Lowe’s Home Improvement by endeavoring to make me three copies of a key this afternoon! Lucky me! I went with my 81 year old father to get a new fridge for their house. He gets overwhelmed a little easily now and the huge selection and wide variety overwhelmed him a bit. An associate came over to see if we needed help and thank God she did... The associate that worked with us was very knowledgeable, Evie knew exactly what we needed. She helped to put us at ease because of the wide variety and huge selection they had. The fridge she helped us choose happened to even be on sale too! Her customer service skills were amazing also... On another note, I was so excited to see the Christmas decorations as we walked in the store. Amazing set up! Love it!! I also hope Evie will be recognized for her customer service skills...

Horrible customer service. We had a unit (laundry tower) that was damaged upon delivery. They promised sooner delivery and then backed out. Customers service through distribution center was not helpful and made it seem they were doing us a favor. Asst manager Will C. Could not do anything except tell me that I had to accept the delivery and then they “might” do something. Order from Compnay that actually cares because lowes does not.
