I am extremely disappointed with my recent lowes experience. We recently had a huge leak in our house causing almost 1000 sqft of flooring to be replace. For the last week I’ve had Lowe’s tell me the order would delivered then last Friday, no show, no call, no delivery. Ok things happen with shipping, then today delivery scheduled 11:30-3:30… no show, no delivery, no call. Come to find out after AN HOUR on hold that Lowe’s did not even load the items on the truck. Maybe give your customer a call? We’ve spent thousands at Lowe’s in the past two years for home projects and repairs and I can confidently say that won’t happen again. Home Depot across the street couldn't be half as difficult to deal with. Not to mention I had another question, so I call Lowe’s back and am put on hold for anothe

One of the better locations. All the employees are professional, listen to what you need, match your sense of urgency, and willing to go the extra mile to give you the best experience possible. They have a great selection of all your household project needs. Please ask about their return policy of each of your purchased items (different type products have different policy deadlines) and ask about competitor price matching. If you don't find the service up to your standards, ask a manager what they can do to make your next experience better.

Went to the store on 220 in Roanoke and had a great customer service experience with Rebecca in appliances. Made me feel important as a customer. She went out of her way to make me feel valued. Hopefully Lowe’s you take care of your people that do a great job.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting one of the well mannered employees of my local Lowes. I discovered a mama and baby bird and when I told the employee she immediately informed her superior. The plant was no longer for sale and would remain so until the baby bird flies away! Lowes policy! Kudos to Lowes! One more reason to shop there! I went back to this Lowe's today to do some shopping. I have just had surgery on my right hand so have no use of it at all. Erin from Plant Partners was amazing! She saw my dilemma and insisted on assisting me with my plant shopping all the way to the register! Clearly, you will always be treated well when you come to shop here. The store is well organized, well staffed and truly one of those better stores! Thank you to management and staff!

I have had to make several trips to Lowe's, each visit was for a different need. Dan has been extremely helpful every time and knowledgeable. I appreciate it.
