LOWES of Roxboro... nice establishment... staff is super polite and most are very knowledgeable of the items in store. Nothing agaist Lowes, nice franchise, however to personally know the former owner of local hardware store that shut its doors due to corporate America. Again not throwing shad nor shot at Lowes , the used to sponsor Jimmy Johnson, im huge fan of 7 time cup 🏆! and I shop at Lowe's often. I was just telling a story because the local business that closed it's doors after Lowe's of Roxboro opened... the business that took over that local businesses facility is or just went out of business as well. Just a story i wanted to share about life in a small town. Not talking junk to you Lowe's of Roxboro, I gave you 5 ✨️ ... didnt give home depot 5, thats for sure and definitely no

I hate this store. Employees are always like your bothering them or they'll intentionally stall hoping you'll avoid them for help. They constantly complain about customers here. You can over hear them. It's a miserable shopping environment , I can only imagine working there. Massively Incorrect pricing is also a constant problem here. You can buy the item, but they won't stock or carry the required accesories/parts, forcing you into frustration of replacement, or abandonment of project. I would much rather shop any of your competitors, than You. I reached out to the store. The corporate office.. No change. You have had multiple chances, And Years, and amanger changes, to make things right, and continue to choose not to, while watching it just get worse. Id say See y'all later..but.

This location has a wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable staff on hand. They helped me find the materials and tools I needed to install a new door and frame. They were able to fix a transaction error from a previous purchase we made.

I had an incredible experience. Kelly & Nathane (with an assist from John & Bobby) rescued today by fixing an issue we had with a canceled online order. We're looking forward to our new GE Fridge!! +updated+ The fridge was installed today. The delivery guys were polite, prompt, and knowledgeable. It's just an all-around great experience with the great folks at this store

Terrible big box store. These days they're apparently more interested in hocking overpriced soap and clothing than selling decent products at good prices. Why buy at Lowe's when Harbor Freight, Camp Chemical, Talbert's and Amazon offer much better products at better prices?
