Well, it finally happened. No cashiers open and an extended wait for me to be granted the privilege of me doing all the work to check out. Zero cashiers open and about 7 people ahead of me waiting to do all the work to pay for my order. Everything else is meaningless to me because I do not even have the option to use a cashier. Shut up and get over it, is the attitude of Lowes. As long as they show a profit to their stock shareholders... it is not their problem if I have to do all the work and at the same time the military discount has become a joke. I tend to avoid this place as much as possible, actually.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with any home improvement store. I paid for a next-day delivery for very specific waterproofing materials. Lowe’s took my money, promised delivery, and then never showed up. No call. No email. No update. Nothing. Because of their failure, five workers stood around all day, unable to work. I paid $1,500 out of my own pocket for wasted labor. I had to drive across the city to pick up the materials myself and even pay another delivery fee just to keep my project alive. When I contacted Lowe’s, all I got were excuses, delays, and empty promises. They admitted their mistake, but still refused to issue the refund. The level of negligence is unbelievable. It seems me and many others have suggested that the hours of operation on this store to be updated, because it is open until 9pm as visible in many recent photos of this Lowes, not 10pm as Google maps suggests. Even though many images were sent over many months, Google maps shows the hours were incorrectly confirmed by the store 5 days ago. The store has to update their hours, they close at 9pm, not 10pm, this is confusing many people. Don't ask me to call a number, update your hours of operation.

Disappointing Experience at Lowe's - Poor Customer Service I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Lowe's. At 8:15 p.m., I approached an employee to cut some wood, but he denied service, citing it was close to his lunch time 😒. I waited 40 minutes, thinking he'd be available after. When I asked again, he claimed the wood size was too small. The next day, I went back at a different time, and the same employee said they don't cut wood after 7:30 p.m. 🤦‍♂️ Why wasn't this policy clear the night before? Lowe's, revisit your staff training to ensure customers aren't turned away due to inconsistent service.
