My refrigerator stopped working and I was in a hurry to get it replaced before the food spoiled. I looked online and the Lowe’s website said they had the one I wanted in stock. Jarret in Appliances assisted me. We found that the refrigerator I wanted was not in stock, but there were two identical floor models. Jarret escalated the issue to the manager Brian. Thankfully Brian approved of selling me one of the floor models. (Normal policy doesn’t support selling floor models unless they are on clearance) I am so grateful that they had the refrigerator that I wanted, and that I was able to get it before my food spoiled. Great service, great price, and kudos to Jarret and Brian for making me a very satisfied customer!!!

Terrible place to get wood. One of the worst out in the area. Troy wasn't much better. Wood quality was extremely poor and there wasn't much to pick from. I ended up traveling to Greenville to finish the job I was working on due to the lack of quality here.

This Lowe’s was super helpful with a project I had recently. They were short staffed one day and they had a manager out helping me get paint and she matched it almost perfectly.

Bait & Switch!!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!! We searched and searched for a solid wood (no particle board) bathroom vanity, and we found one we liked at Lowe's in Sidney, Ohio ("Diamond" brand, "Ballantyne" series). We looked the cabinet over really well, and after determining that both display models were built out of solid wood and plywood, we decided to purchase not only the vanity, but the matching mirror and small wall cabinet in the same series. Spent over $900.00 that day for the set. When we got the vanity home, we opened the box, and were shocked to find the vanity cabinet was built out of particle board. Went back to Lowe's and confirmed that both display models were built from plywood, with NO PARTICLE BOARD anywhere on the vanity. I took some pics and called the manufacturer, and voic

Great home improvement store! They have a Military/Veterans discount! They will help you find anything you need and if they don't have it they'll give you a recommendation to solve your problem.
