I’ve had nothing but great service from this store! I finally remodeled my 70’s kitchen in a mountain condo. I’ve never done this before, and while I had a contractor to do some of the work, I had Lowe’s install the cabinets and countertops which I purchased thru the store. Ben did most of the work helping me design the cabinets using KraftMaid cabinets, he worked his butt off. Many CAD drawings were done, lots of back and forth. Elin did a great job stepping in when he was sick. The installation contractors were so professional, always showing up on time with plenty of manpower. We did have some problems, of course, but Lowe’s stood behind their products, the store manager , Jerry did step in to make sure we were happy. We bought a washer and dryer there and paid for haul off. 2 months and several call later, the old ones are still sitting in front of my house. I was told today that because it’s now been over 30 days, they are no longer responsible for the removal and so, essentially, screw you, get rid of them yourself. Great service Lowe’s!!

I HAVE to go here almost everyday for supplies for work. You can’t get good help here. Just tried calling to see if one of their machines is working. Would save me 3 hours of driving. I’ll get there and back before someone picks up the phone. Do better Lowe’s

This is the worst hardware store I’ve ever delt with. Unfortunately, it’s the only place in Summit County to get certain things for home repairs and remodeling. There is always an issue when I go in. Orders are frequently late, and employees are scarce and not helpful. They are always are nice and hospitable but you can tell they just do not have good support and organization from Managment. Online orders frequently are not ready when the websites say they are too. If you can get your hardware/supplies somewhere else in summit it’s worth extra cost instead of dealing with Lowe’s delays and poor customer service. I hope corporate from Lowe’s reads this and makes changes and supports their employees better.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Will not be returning and will happily add on an extra hr or two of driving time to reach the next closest large hardware store. • No Show: Delivery never arrived (Sept 23): No call or update. I had to reach out myself. • No accountability: Clerk blamed the driver, who had lost his license apparently. • Time wasting: Went to go pick up the order myself • Anxious Staff: Pro Desk refused to remove the delivery charge, claiming he might “get in trouble.” • Untrained: After deliberation, took an additional 40 minutes to figure out how to remove the charge. • Unresponsive: Waited another 40 minutes for pallets. No follow-up from staff. • Lack of assistance: Multiple employees unhelpful or not able to speak English. • Unsafe: After being there for 1
