Nov. 12 2025- I walked in, and was almost immediately greeted by a man who asked me if there was anything he could help me find, which there was. He spent an extended period of time with me and could not have been more helpful, pleasant, and professional. I left my lumber cart at the contractors' desk while I went and got paint. On my way back, a passing employee asked me how I was doing and if there was anything he could help me find. I needed help loading plywood into my trailer, and a young man at the contractors' desk was quick to offer his assistance. It was an incredible experience, start to finish!!! *I will say, this is NOT the Lowe's experience I have come to expect based on years of going there. Whatever the current management is doing, it's noticeable and wonderful!!!

We had trouble with applying the military discount via our Lowe’s account. Justin exceeded every expectation with customer service and support. He assisted us with applying the discount we were wanting. He displayed excellent knowledge and kindness. We will definitely be returning for any future projects solely based off of the customer service we received from Justin. Thank you much Justin!

Nov 3rd 2025. If you shop here, you're on your own Horrible service. Was in store for 45 minutes, not 1 employee asked if I needed help. They normally just walk away. A cashier assistant had to look up numbers for some nuts and bolts. Didn't say one word to me. I guess she hates being bothered, to do her job. No management / supervision??? A miserable location to shop.

Talk about LAZY LOUSY customer service. First and foremost, I work all day and you're not giving me a discount to do somebody's job?So i'm not using one of your awful self checkouts. So we stood in line down at the lumber end, where somebody else walked away, because the cashier was so awfulShe couldn't think outside of her own little box. When we finally got up to her, she didn't speak, she didn't tell us the total. She didn't ask how we wanted to pay.She couldn't even put things in a bag and pick it up and hand it to us.We had to ask her to put things in the bag. Meanwhile, you have aisles where you have employees standing around.Doing nothing

I love this Lowe's, they have the best plants and they are always well maintained. If you are someone who love gardening and looking for help, Lowe's has one of greatest friendly workers and always willing to help with anything you need. Amazing customer service 😊❤
