Lowe's Home Improvement

This is something I have never had to do but as big of a company this is has to be the worst customer service ever. Had a fence installed back in April this year and in the 6 months I have had a fence put on wrong according to permit, then second time tried to box in the fence failed again, third time installing fence was done correctly. Now I waited the 90 days to stain it and now 4 months later I have white mold on a fence that the wood wasn’t ready and now Lowe’s says they aren’t responsible for wood they installed 4 months ago. Terrible company and never again will I even go there for paint!!! No stars should be a rating

We bought a Weber and had it delivered the next day fully assembled. Awesome experience and very helpful staff.

Bought $450 EGO string trimmer. Got it home and opened the box and it was used even though it was sold as new. The box had been re-taped to look unopened. Also a couple of things missing. Customer service was very helpful and gave a refund o questions. That part was good. Just be sure to inspect boxed items as best as you can.

I’d give zero stars if possible. Purchase a new Electrolux washer and dryer. It was the only one that allowed the doors to be reversed. 1. Show up delivery day without the stacking kit. Had to wait two days for them to try to deliver again. 2. Machines were delivered but the doors had not been reversed as requested. The delivery guy said they have another team that comes to do that (which we found out was untrue). 3. A few days later a team shows up and fixes doors, but now the machines are shaking violently. 4. A few more days, a repair team shows up at 6pm (our window was 1-5pm). Dinner could wait I guess. Repair guys do not speak ANY English. They wanted me to use Google translate. When that didn’t work, I had to speak to his wife on the phone so she could translate. After an hour of th

I called about a product that the app was showing low inventory & spoke to Doug. He was very helpful and assured me that the product would be available when I came in the next morning, literally he promised because I was coming from 45 mins away. That store opens at 6 am & I knew I wasn't going to be there that early. I went the next morning low and behold, it was still there! A man of his word 😆 and then he helped me load it along with AJ. They were the nicest employees & Lowe's is grateful to have them. Thank you Doug & AJ 1000% for all you do!
