Tracy was awesome helping me with what I needed to hang a mirror with keyholes. He looked up on his phone and bam there was what I needed. I really appreciate him bc I’ve been trying to hang this mirror for 3 weeks! 2.24.26 Thank you again Tracy!!

I went to the Lowes in Staunton, VA on Monday, February 23. 2026. I needed to have 12 keys made for my new home. Ron, from the Hardware department, was super friendly and made my keys without delay. He was a joy to talk to. We just moved from northern Virginia and we are not used to the great customer service that Ron offered. We will definitely be back.

I often go in Lowe’s and can find just about anything I am looking for. I was almost certain I had found the correct size bolt for my daughter’s bunk bed, but to be sure I found an associate to double check. Ron from Hardware was extremely helpful and checked the bolt I brought in. I am super glad he did, I had unfortunately selected one that looked correct but was not.

I recently paid approximately $800 for washer installation through Lowe’s, and I am beyond disappointed with the service I received. The 3rd-party installers were in and out of my home within 5 minutes. They did not install all of the equipment I ordered, charged me $50 to haul away the old washer, and left the space dirty without giving me the chance to clean the area before dropping the new washer in place. What upset me most was their complete lack of respect. When removing the old washer, they pulled out items my 84-year-old mother could not reach, including her undergarments, and threw them into the middle of the street while rushing to leave, saying they had “29 more installs to do.” That was humiliating and unacceptable.
