Lowe's Home Improvement

We payed for the installation for our washer and dryer. We noticed it was not drying our clothes so I looked behind to see why the issue was. This was way too big of a cut. The installers were great it’s the customer service over the phone that is the issue. I now have to go buy a new tub and tape. No refunds, on anything. Extremely dissatisfied. The only option is to take a half day off of work for them to come look at it.

Do not order anything from Lowes. They will setup a delivery, send you text messages that they are on their way and no show, but you will receive a text saying, "Your delivery has arrived". When you call their customer service they will say that no one was home and they tried to call...all of it not true. Looked through the video of my driveway and front door, no one but me looking to see if they just dropped it and ran off without picking up the old item. Looked at my phone for missed calls, unless Lowes is trying give me a $50,000 loan, then nothing there too. Customer service was no help, couldn't even reschedule or try to make it right. Lowe’s associates Aysa, Fred, Ed and Shane gave excellent customer service. The were delightful and were proactive in reaching out to assist me in each area. It was one of the most pleasant visits that I have ever had to a home improvement store. Kudos to Lowe’s for customer service training. The store was was also neat and tidy which is always a plus for a great shopping experience.

I purchased a refrigerator Wednesday 10/15/25, delivery was setup for today 10/18. Delivery window was 12:30 to 4;30, then moved to 5:30, it's 8:30 and no delivery, no email on delay. Lost produce, nearly lost medicines. Wasted my entire Saturday waiting. Very bad service. Called local Lowes, no one could help me, bad service.
