this one is utterly ridiculous. I made an appointment with Lowes to have someone come out to measure a pet grooming store for me. he came to the shop, did his thing, told me I should hear from Lowes in a few days. that call was to tell me they got the measurements for me Lowes cannot install the floors because of the CHEMICALS THE GROOMERS USE. WHICH MEANS THEY DON'T INSTALL ANYTHING THEY CANNOT BACK. I am furious because first of all groomers don't use CHEMICALS ON PETS!!!!!!! so tell me what chemicals he's speaking of. I told them I need a better explanation of this so called chemical. I need a better explanation, I received an email today with that explanation. I was told. the "The water/chemicals, storage. is a generally term used by Lowes for places like dog groomers and hair salon bu

False advertising. Manager refused to honor Lowe's online pricing for a clearance item listed at this location. Would only honor the in store pricing which was nearly 3 times the online price. $49 vs $130 something. I didn't need to go to Lowe's for the rest of my items, I went out of the way because of the clearance item.

Ordered online for pick up. Ordering was very easy received text that Oder was ready. Arrived at store was given my order except lids for trash cans. Asked for lids then had to waited 15 minutes for lids. Eventually someone arrived to inform me that they have no lids. Was asked is that ok, my answer was No offered discount for no lids politely declined. Ended up cancelling order no one cared or apologized no manager. Just merely cancelled an over 100 dollar order. Lost customer
