Mike went above and beyond when I had a moment of panic earlier today. He took the time to listen, acted quickly to resolve the issue, and truly gave me peace of mind. His calm demeanor and problem-solving skills immediately made the situation better. I had purchased two gift cards and later realized they were missing. After waiting over two hours at the Murfreesboro location, I was told they could not assist me—despite the fact that the issue could have been resolved. Mike stepped in, identified that the gift cards had not been used, and was able to cancel them, saving me from having to drive back down to Tullahoma. He is an outstanding manager who genuinely cares about helping customers, and he absolutely made my day better. This level of service is rare, and I am extremely grateful for

My hubby needed a bolt to go on the project he was working on. We were there about 2 minutes in the hardware department and a really knowledgeable man came by and offered to help on solving our problems and he helped so much. Sure is awesome to get help when you need it most. The department was in great shape and looked good. The other associate was helping someone else which was very happy as well. The prices were ok everything was nice and neat and easy to find

I did receive all the material I ordered but the way it was delivered is my issue it doesn’t take much time to attest separate it so I’m not left with unsticking and restocking to get what I need

What a wonderful team there and excellent management. Randell the Manager has done a wonderful job with his team. Jaydon up front was so helpful when I couldn't find anything. Jaython in the lumber dept. was so helpful with assisting me in loading my buggy. They all had a smile and the greatest attitude. Way to go team, way to go !!! 😀
