My parents are remodeling their bathroom and we stopped by Monday night, 10/13/25, around 8pm. Our first encounter was at the return counter, Rita greeted us right away. We opened a Lowe’s credit card and Rita was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly, answering all of our questions regarding the credit card. She made sure we received the email confirmation and double checked that everything was good for us to use the card that same night. 5 stars for her customer service. She was amazing! Then we started looking for all the things needed for the remodeling project. While we walked around the aisles every single associate we encountered asked if we needed help with anything. Tanya in appliances has been a huge help to us remodeling our kitchen and getting all new appliances. She went above and beyond what any employee needs to do with helping us and had excellent communication. If all employees were like her, we’d have a better world. Thanks!

Called them for door installment and they set me up for measurements, after I told them I have all the separate parts for a door frame to be installed for a single slab. Charged me 40 bucks and when the measurement guy arrived. They said Lowes doesn't do the project I'm looking to do, despite explaining myself prior. Lowe's said they'd refund me in person, and now 2 weeks later, no emails and now they're going back on their word and don't want to refund me because the service was provided. So Lowe's took no blame for their own employee's mistake in providing a service that wasn't possible for what I expressed in detail over the phone. Isles still filled with junk making it difficult to maneuver a regular shopping cart, if you have a lumber cart your screwed. Prices are going up quickly on anything hit with tariffs. Numerous items ringing up for more than the posted price. They have the teams in there changing prices but can't keep up. Some of the check out clerks especially in the garden center are really slow and unorganized.

I experienced really poor custom service at your vista lowes store tonight 945 pm 6/10/25 which is why I decided to take the time to write in. I was at the store and asked the customer service desk to help me see how an item would scan on my receipt. He not only didn’t answer my question, only scanned the item, didn’t even hear my question/ try to understand/ comprehend my question. After scanning it, he asked me did I want the price or what did I want when I reiterated my above question again a second time and said more specifically, I didn’t want the specific name of the fruit tree that I was buying on my receipt. I was hoping it would just say “fruit tree” as it sometimes does…. He still didn’t understand so I left the desk a little disgusted and then went to the self check out counte
