Typical big box store in America. They have employees walking all over the place, but none of them want to help you. They anti-help you. I loaded a whole chainlink fence set up onto 2 carts and not one of multiple employees that walked by asked to assist me. I got the fence in the Garden Section at 6:30 pm, so they had already shut down all of the registers back there. A girl that just walked by me saying "you should be wearing a jacket" instead of thinking to assist me refused to check me out because "the registers are logged off" so I had to take 2 LOADED carts back through the store. On a scale of 1 to 10 I want to give a big shout out to Alexandria for going above and beyond help me with my needs to take care of my two elder parents that needed a heat source for the winter storm they were getting ready to be impacted bye here in North Carolina. And for the manager of the Lowe's in Wake Forest Alexandria is a keeper job well done young lady. And on a scale of 1 to 10 she is a 20. Lowe's home improvement is lucky to have her as an employee. Some of the most disrespectful employees Im a general contractor and I came here looking for 2 * 6 * 8 pressure treated and a few other things to build these steps for a disabled customer who's a veteran but that's besides the point the point is that I don't know if it was overnight stocking or what it was but I could not find the 2 * 8 so I had to ask an employee well they just brush me off and told me that that wasn't their department and walked away I went to lumber to the cash register to ask someone to call for help and lumber well after looking around and that general area waiting for help 40 minutes or so goes by and of course nobody comes but here's the funny thing workers are walking by and I asked him for help and are telling me that it's not their department departments that th

I purchased blinds for our home and purchased one the wrong size. I wanted to exchange it for the correct size. The box was unopened and in excellent condition but because it had passed the 90 day mark I am stuck with a blind that doesn’t fit and will have to repurchase a new one. I was not asking for money back, I simply wanted to exchange it. It’s not like it’s a perishable item or “spoiled”. It had never been opened! Needless to say I won’t be returning to shop at Lowe’s again.

Terrible service. Very disappointing - don’t know what happened to them. We are redoing a bathroom and ordered 10 items to be picked up at store. We assumed we’d be able to pick them all up at the same time. Wrong assumption. As the items came in was notified via email (automated process) that an item was in and had 7 days to pick it up or it would be returned to their inventory. Tried to call them on 3 separate occasions, 1st time on hold for 17 minutes before I hung up. 2nd time on hold over 30 minutes before I hung up. 3rd time over 30 minutes before I hung up. Decided to drive there, picked up what was available. When told that they are not answering their phones they said “oh yea, we have a problem with our phone system, it just sends incoming calls into our hand held devices ”. No
