I’ve always had a great experience at Lowe’s, conveniently located right off US 50 and South Dakota Ave. NE. The store has everything you need for home improvement, including a full garden center, a comprehensive lumber center, a wide selection of appliances, hardware, and hand tools. It’s always well-organized and clean, and the staff is usually very friendly and helpful. They’re open every day from 6 AM to 10 PM, except on Sundays when they’re open from 8 AM to 8 PM. However, I had an unfortunate experience today. I stopped by to pick up a small item and decided to take a few photos of the store to leave this review. Unfortunately, I was approached several times and asked what I was doing, which started to make me feel uncomfortable. As a result, I decided to leave without making a purc

This place is great. I was in yesterday and interacted with a couple employees who were friendly and helpful. It just has a better, more welcoming feel than the other big hardware store in town. Whenever I've needed to talk to someone at this store it's been a good experience.

I went here a few times recently for some things. First, I wanted to see a fridge I was considering buying in person. The exact one I wanted was not in stock here, but an associate, unfortunately whose name I didn't get, kindly answered all my questions and helped me find a similar one in stock. She set delivery up for me. The fridge was delivered today and the crew was great. Overall, a very smooth experience. I got the fridge and also some blinds. Derrill cut the blinds for me and told me where some other things I was looking for were. My blinds turned out so great, I had to come back a few days later for more. I had a very good experience here with helpful people at all aspects. I'll definitely be going here now over the Home Depot on RI.

Went in for something that was a killer deal online, but when I got there the product wasn't where it said it was on the app. The first employee pointed me to a location where similar items were... not there! Second employee looked it up in the system and said it's a top shelf item, someone would help me get it down... didn't get the help. Third employee kept calling for someone to get it down for me, no on showed up. Manager was called 3 different ways, and finally showed up to get the item for me! It took them 1 hour and 10 minutes to help me! I left very dissatisfied and felt like my time wasn't respected. I don't know what the heck was up with that, they need to get better at customer service.

I have ordered a lot of products from you because I am a contractor. But after the last incident, I would rather look for alternatives elsewhere than continue working with you. You delivered completely damaged materials that I was forced to throw away, and your delivery also left them on my driveway, blocking access for my vehicles. The materials were damaged by snow and water and were completely unusable. After that, I spent many hours dealing with your support, which was absolutely unhelpful and kept saying that the case was under review. To hell with such an experience—to hell with such a partnership. Home Depot works much better than you do.
