I would like to take the time out to acknowledge Jeff in the window and door section. This morning Jeff provided exceptional customer service! He was very professional, polite, and has a positive disposition. Jeff even offered to continue researching our questions, and he would contact us when he has more information to provide. Jeff continue making a difference with customer service!

Wallace & Caden in Webster NY went above and beyond today when the Macedon location wouldn’t help me because they had an excuse that there was snow in the way. Thank you Wallace and Caden for helping me load River rock in the rain. I’m an army veteran who doesn’t believe in making excuses. Macedon lost out in 2k in sales this week.

I purchased a 2 inch check valve for a sewage pump system. It leaked immediately from the valve body, which cannot be detected unless it is installed. I understand that once it is installed and used even one time it is considered a biohazard. I even understand the store not willing to take it back because of this. What I don’t understand is a store at least not offering to give me a replacement or my money back. If you sell a faulty product, even if you don’t take it back, you should stand by your product. For example: if I buy a burger from McDonald’s and there is a mistake, they simply give me another one and then either let me keep the mistake or throw it away themselves.

Absolutely HORRIBLE delivery and instillation. Lowe's outsources these services to CRST Home Solutions and this company no showed on me three times. Two of the days I had to take off of work due to the poor communication from them. They would not call me the night before to give me my appointment time, and when I would call them I was met with long wait times and very few answers. After the third day of CRST wasting my time I cancelled my dishwasher and ordered from somewhere else. It is not worth the headache. If I could give negative stars for my experience I would. Lowe's needs to seriously reconsider who they outsource their services too. For myself, I will never order from Lowe's again and I certainly will not be making any recommendations to my friends either.

29 Nov '23 The good... I'm always shopping at Lowes because they have just about everything you need for your household repairs. The prices for the appliances we needed were reasonably priced. A good percent of the associates know where things are in the store, but they don't know how to help with what to use to fix things. The bad..... When I order appliances, I do expect them to come with all the parts and not to be charged extra for parts that should be with those appliances. Although a manager did bring out the parts and he was very sympathetic, I still had to be rescheduled for four days later! It's just appalling that I have to wait another four days before I can use my appliances!!!!!!
