Buyer beware. Do not purchase unless you keep a death grip on your receipt. I was informed they have changed policy and no longer take returns without a receipt, even for store credit. While this may sound simple, since the company has previously accepted their items back without changing this and making no exceptions seems like poor customer service. Corporate locking systems and not giving their store leaders the ability to make educated and strong business decisions screams micromanagement.

Lowe's in West Chester, Ohio has the best customer service out of all national hardware big box retailers! We recently remodeled 2 bathrooms with Pergo Outlast water resistant flooring, new tile surrounding our garden tub, new toilets, new designer faux wood blinds, and vinyl faux wood trim, paint and supplies. Our bathrooms look amazing. After receiving my 3 quotes ranging from $12,000-$27,000 from 3 different remodeling companies, I decided to tackle the project myself. I spent $1200 on quality products at Lowe's. I did sub out my Pergo Outlast Vinyl Wood Floor Installation and 2 toilet installs for $800 for both bathrooms combined. My installer did a fabulous job. This store is AMAZING!! The staff are so friendly and very helpful. Wes in the appliance/cabinet department was exceptionally amazing as he spent a long time to help me find a product to repair my daughter’s dishwasher rack outside of his department. He was very friendly and pleasant. Lowe’s is very lucky to have him as their employee. He definitely increases the value of the store.

Billy and Patti were extremely helpful with helping my wife and I. Their knowledge and expertise are top notch. I would definitely recommend the Lowes in West Chester. In fact the whole team seemed to help in some way.

Lowes is near us. They had all the dirt, gardening stuff, and mulch we needed to work on those home spring improvements. The staff as always was helpful. I appreciate the military discount.
