Love Westminster location. I have never not been greeted by an associate from a department. I probably visit more than I need to in the last year because of the garden department. Almost every visit I see Wendy, she is the associate who helps me the most. She is so knowledgeable of her department! It’s refreshing to have answers from an employee who knows what they are doing! I have learned so much and most certainly bought more because of her lol Love Wendy! Also have been helped by LeRoy before there as well. Associates are always helpful and present for their customers. Give these guys some recognition 👏 Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays and I have received it several visits now from them!

This place doesn't care about its customers at all. All they care about is the money you spend. Some of the individual employees are great but the management and policies are awful for customers. They do not care about anything other than your money. I have spent north of $50k in this store over the past 10 years doing home renovations. Been a regular customer since they opened this store 20 years ago. It means nothing to them. They only care about the next dollars you will spend. Zero loyalty and zero customer appreciation. This Lowes and its management suck. Go elsewhere.

Navigation was made quite easy by looking up part numbers. They display the bay number, as well as the ID of each part. On top of that, there was girl scout cookies! Probably not everybody will get that lucky.

Always enjoy this store . Visit about 3 times a week . They have some wonderful staff . I stop in there at times to just say hello to a couple of employees I've gotten to know . Good place .

Pattie was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with. I despise the self checkout and would much rather have abliving person to checkout than a annoying self checkout interface. Get it together Lowes management.
