We had two men helped us get to what we were looking for and it was the right item. Then we looked at electric stoves and the lady that worked in that department was really knowledgeable in the different ranges.
I appreciate businesses that offer a veteran's discount, but I don't like it when a Lowes employee rolls his eyes up at me when I ask for it. The discount isn't about the money, it's about a business supporting veterans.
They had my order ready in two hours. Great communication. Easy pickup of 12 and 16 foot vinyl products.
Headed into the store with urgent need to get a new sump pump as my basement was taking on water. Ron directed me to the pumps and we went over the specs. Explained the issues and John stepped in to assist me. At the check out the clerk assisted me with getting the HomeDepot card to get discounts on my purchase. Everyone was so helpful and kind and understanding my urgency! Thank you!
John in the appliance department has always been very friendly and helpful. We recently ended up buying a Heat Pump water heater, based on the information he provided. He is a great asset to your store
