I had a great experience at Lowe’s Woodbridge purchasing two exterior doors. Haira (sp?) went above and beyond to help me track down the correct doors, pulling pallets from upper shelving and locating the right inventory when the first one wasn’t what we expected. Her effort saved me multiple hours of extra driving. The forklift drivers were also extremely helpful and efficient, and even assisted with loading everything into my car. Excellent customer service all around—this is exactly how a store should operate.

I had an outstanding experience working with Logan D, a Sales Specialist in the Appliance Department at Lowe’s. I was purchasing a dryer, and Logan went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to explain options, features, and answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed.
