The store Lowe’s actually has good service the people are helpful maybe they don’t deserve 3 stars maybe 5 but when it comes to their protection plan don’t get it or shop somewhere else they will do anything to avoid coming to fix you appliances freeze the app have pll with very heavy accents assist you renew your receipt to use your protection plan when I have my receipt in hand my phone number registered the card that a paid with then they say will send a link wich never comes thru after spending thousands of dollars countless hrs to try to get my appliance fixed I realized that their mission is to avoid coming out as much as possible I even had a few of their guys hang up on me and said the call drop they just want you to give up to not file a claim so I will never ever buy appliances

I think his name was Hollis...working customer service..8p on 1/26. I was in a mood when I returned my carpet cleaner-(I was hangry, exhausted, and over it from cleaning up busted water pipe) he was extremely professional, took care of me promptly, and genuinely that simple interaction reset my day. I apologize for my mood and thank you, sir, for being so professional. 10 stars for you!

Nick was very helpful and was able to discount a scrap length of wire for me, Win Win for everyone, Lowes has friendly faces and helpful staff. 5 stars

Shout out to Kevin and Atsumi tonight for all their help coordinating a purchase of the last Bumble snowman in the state. We were chasing one down all day. They were wonderful to work with, and their energy was tops. You guys made a few thousand kids smile when they see it set up at Christmas in Plymouth. Cheers!

Gentleman in paint department couldn't understand English. Went to service desk for help and she didn't help. That is why I will keep going and supporting Home Depot. I tried to save time by going to Lowes because they were closer. Cost me double the time because had to go to home depot where the help and service I deserve. Very disappointed
