I had an excellent experience at the Lowe’s Outlet store in Orlando, and it was largely thanks to Kristopher, who is truly an exemplary employee. From the moment we walked in, he was helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. He took the time to answer all our questions, explain options clearly, and made sure we found exactly what we needed without any pressure. The inventory selection was impressive, with a wide variety of appliances and home items to choose from. There was something for every need and budget, and the savings honestly can’t be beat compared to traditional retail pricing. Between the incredible deals and Kristopher’s outstanding customer service, this was one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend the Lowe’s Outlet in Orlando

If you are ready to buy an appliance that may or may not work. Then go ahead and buy from them. Remember , you leave the store, they don't stand behind their merchandise. I purchase a Frigidaire washer in Jan 15.l 2026, had it installed and from day one it has not worked. Four techs came to look at the unit and all stated it was a factory defective. Now almost 2 months they have my money and no resolution. Lowe's doesn't stand behind their purchase. They are pass the buck store. They lost a loyal client.

I had a super smooth experience . Plenty of inventory to select from and very organized . Associate Kyle assisted me with finalizing my purchase , getting correct measurements on the refrigerator I was looking at (as the paper was wrong, so definitely double check measurements) and he explained our protection plan to us as well. As for the delivery portion and installation it was fantastic ! The two gentlemen that came moved our old refrigerator to our garage and did great with leveling and installing our new purchase . The inventory they sell has minor cosmetic flaws , dinks, scratches or dents. Nothing that seems to affect the functionality. We’ve got 48hrs to make sure everything runs and works smoothly otherwise they issue a full refund including the $125 for delivery and installation

Great experience at Lowe’s Outlet Orlando. Thanks to Diana I got my fridge, regular price in different store is $3.5k+tax, here I got it for only $975+tax, with excellent service. They also have a wide variety of products like washers, dryers, stoves, and lawn mowers at great prices.

Great prices on appliances, but had other items like light fixtures, vanities, pillows and dishes! The staff was very helpful and they help load your purchases into your car. They do offer delivery services as well. And the return policy is 48 hours so inspection your appliance before purchasing to make sure it’s as expected. But you can’t beat the prices, for J4 they had $200 gas dryers, brand new! Beautiful appliances.
