Great experience from start to finish! We decided we wanted a pool in April 2025 and evaluated several local companies. After meeting with Jake at Loy’s, it was clear they were the most responsive, organized, and qualified team. The design and budgeting process was excellent — they worked closely with us to address a challenging site with limited space and a significant retaining wall. Communication and collaboration throughout the project were top-notch; it truly felt like a team effort every step of the way.
