Go elsewhere. The 2 girls at the desk are knowledgeable & very nice. Heaven forbid if the owner in the office has to get up & come to the counter. Angry attitude & countenance, refused to have her crew install. Guess they only want whole house installs. I hired an installer. Threshold, top & sides of door were level. Door didn't hang level in the opening, side lite had a squashed gasket that shows daylight. Co sent out door rep & sales guy. Rep said installer should have taken a shim out of the frame. Said his personal install was perfect, then contradicted with he had to remove an interior shim as well. LT sales guy didn't have backbone to speak up.

We remodeled our lake cottage and wanted to buy local as much as possible but we needed to keep to a budget. We were pleasantly surprised to find we could do both with LT Siding! Plus they were friendly, professional and followed through on their word. We chose a slider style for our front porch and living room areas and they are easy to open and look beautiful! We broke a window during installation (we installed ourselves) and we called LT siding right away and they took care of us and the window! We highly recommend giving them a call for your window and vinyl siding needs.

I’ve been in this place of business twice and both times I’ve been greeting at the desk by someone very welcoming, kind, and professional. Both times I’ve had a question she couldn’t answer so she had to ask a women in the office. That’s where everything went south. This woman was the exact opposite of everything I listed above and just plain rude. I let this go both times it happened to me but now I’m hearing from multiple other people they’ve experienced the same thing. I felt like future customers needed to be aware.

Great folks, small business and they are super friendly.

Got an estimate, they wouldn't break down the prices for the siding. Had unskilled workers hanging the siding. They did come back months later to fix a problem where water was getting in.
