Found L.U. Pearce's information at a dining table in the Courthouse Restaurant in Gloucester. Mr. Pearce actually looked at my property a year before I was ready for the work to be done, and would consistently get back to me, even if he or I were out of town at the time. When it came time, I had two bedrooms with closets, a hallway, and a bathroom drywalled and painted (plus trim in all and tile over the tub I had set myself in the bathroom) for a fair price, even including the fact that he managed to upsell me on updating the electrical in all three rooms. Thad, Jason, Eric, and Brian worked on my job- with the exception of a couple days when one of them had a family emergency. All four were very professional and did solid work. Got a respirarory infection and bout died soon after visiting a friend who had black mold in their home and nearby open septic outside(eww) that their landlord just wouldnt fix. Friends apologized, tho I've never had a landlord let something like that slide! Still on prednisone and a breathing treatment, ugh!
