Lucas Board Plumbing Company

I have Used Lucas board Plumbing 3 times now and all three times he has gone above and beyond to make sure things got done quickly and right the first time. First time it was a tankless gas water heater and the price and installation was 10/10 2nd time when we had a piper burst underneath the house a huge mess. Came in promptly and took care of it and again the price was very reasonable. 3rd time was during Christmas eve tankless water heater froze and we had no hot water and again even on a holiday his team was able to come out and help us.

Lucas Board installed my natural gas generator great job. now the problem generator did not start on scheduled time. Not enough pressure. called gas company they told me to call Lucas Board since they did the Install. called on 8/27/2019 was told someone would get back to me no call back. called on 8/29 8/30 8/31 voice mail no call back.Now we have a hurricane coming tomorrow and I'm not sure If my generator is going to start. I guess they work on take the money and run if you have a problem your on your own..How did this company get on Angie's list. would not recommend them. I have a friend who wants to have one installed. Guess who I won't recommend to do the install...........

I met Lucas Board in Lowe's. I was installing my own water heater and he showed me every single thing that i needed and gave me teflon tape out of his truck. He's a great guy!

I have had a couple different dealings with Lucas board plumbing for many reason. Each time the team was very polite and went over & above to ensure my needs were taken care of. Not only was the service great but the quality of work is top notch. I would recommend Lucas Board plumbing to anyone for all your plumbing needs.

If I could rate this company a ZERO or lower, I would. Everything he did in my home was wrong and had to be completely redone and ended up costing 2 - 3 times the amount it should have. His work would not pass code nor inspection. All I will say is DON'T USE LUCAS BOARD PLUMBING. And you might want to Google him before you hire him, especially the WMBF News story.
