Their customer service is one of the worst I have ever dealt with — and that is no exaggeration. I was treated with contempt, impatience, and a complete lack of professionalism simply because I don’t speak English fluently. The representative not only refused to help me but also mocked the situation, laughing and speaking to me in a clearly discriminatory way. It was so humiliating that I had to ask a friend to call on my behalf, and even then, the hostility continued.
