We came here first and then went to two other stores in the same day. We came back and put our order in the same day because Sean was incredibly knowledgeable and took time explaining everything that the others did not. Sean made the whole selection and ordeing process smooth and we are excited for our new floor!

This was our first hardwood purchase and Sean was very helpful explaining the pros and cons of various materials. He went out of his way to search other stores for the flooring we wanted and to make sure our order was promptly delivered.

Only 1 star as the installer was amazing however the customer service is AWFUL They dropped the ball on several things, no follow-up whatsoever and employees dont really care. I've had much better customer service when contracting with Home Depot then this place. Corporate needs to open their eyes before this place goes under a second time!

I like the product well enough, but I'm less than pleased with some of the service across LL flooring as a whole. We recently redid our entire home and redid the flooring throughout the first and second floor. We had our own contractors to install but bought the flooring from LL. Before installing upstairs, our guy installed the subfloor very securely because I told him how much I hate squeaks. It was great. Before laying down the flooring, he spoke to someone and asked what they should use underneath and was told to buy this green mat to go between and nail it on top of that. He did so and immediately I could hear squeaks. It's like the floor is not secured week and every step I hear wood movement and creaks and cracks. Found exactly what we were looking for at a good price. Big box stores had nothing even close to the quality and durability! Sean, our salesman, was very knowledgeable. The only drawback is the wait time for the flooring to come in. We have to reschedule our installer. I’m hoping the wait is worth it.
