The security was pleasant. Drop and hooks are simple. Check-in at the gate they'll give you a spot to drop empty and location of loaded trailer. Open the doors and slide tandems on the empty trailer. Pick up the load, scale it, then pick up paperwork at gate. Done.

(November 13, 2025) I’m giving 2 stars because of the young lady security guard’s behavior — very disrespectful toward drivers. In and out took about 30 minutes, which is fine. There’s no overnight parking inside, but you can park along the street outside. I hope management looks into this and ensures drivers are treated with respect and professionalism.

the unloader was very rude👎 because he stay a little late at work! Maybe he wants to change jobs with the truck drivers and try what of is this more heavier job?! ❗️Be careful, the entrance to 156 streets (Elko road) is closed and they don't have any signs that you can't turn👎👎👎👎

I will give no start for picking up in this place. The security guard where you check in at this place is an unprofessional person and have a very terrible attitude, she was white complexion with blond hair and overweight. I just trying to catch the attention of someone that cares in this company about this matter. I understand they use third party services for this but they need to adjusted on this matter. As a drivers we deserve some type of respect. We are the one that are taking people goods to their homes. We out trucker businesses couldn’t move their products. People need to leave there problems at home and treat drivers with some respect we here day after day scarifying family and priceless moments to bring comfort and stability in homes. ordered rubber stair nosing for my building. It arrived two months later and was the wrong color. The store refused to allow me to return it, saying I waited too long, even though Lumber Liquidators was the holdup in getting it to me. You better know exactly what you want and be prepared to wait endlessly for it, because they won't honor returns, even when it's their fault.
