She listened to our concerns and made good suggestions and connected us with the national supplier to verify that the correct product was being purchased. She forwarded me the installation sheets and came up with a very fair quote. I appreciate her knowledgeable customer service.

He’s job it’s not to sell to the public but he sure went out on a limb to help me with an item issue I had, local sales representative just brushed me off Instead to represent the company they work for!! First time purchasing from L.L. I searched everywhere for a discontinued vinyl flooring and Brandon Chinn really came through for me, he found the exact flooring I needed, set up delivery and had everything smoothly delivered to my door. Every phone call and email was polite, helpful and extremely professional. Had an issue with a box of the flooring, Brandon Chinn forwarded my info and had the problem resolved in no time. Customer service like that is rare these days.

Ordered flooring that required 8-9 week delivery time due to back orders (which is fine). However, it will now take another 2-3 weeks for delivery and I wasn’t notified. I had to reach out to them to see when they would hold up their end of the bargain since they have my money and I have no product. Seems like that would be some job to communicate such a thing considering how much I’m paying.

I delt with Cory online and via email. He was very professional and when i suddenly needed more product he found it first me within driving distance. I had some left over and he arranged for me to return it locally. I unfortunately didn't get the name of the man who helped me with the return. But he also gave me the same excellent service. I would highly recommend lumberliquidators.
